We strive to offer a simple procedure for order cancellations and revisions because we recognize that plans can change.

CANCELLATIONS
Before your order is shipped, you can cancel it whenever you like. Just send a WhatsApp message to our customer support team at +447542489137 with your order details to request a cancellation.

REFUNDS
All of our products are returnable, and we provide a complete refund (less delivery fees) provided the item is returned in its original condition. After the returned item is received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

 CHANGES

You can exchange an item at any time if you'd like. To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure the product is unused and in its original packing.
